IT Professionals’ Day is a special day to act as a platform to raise awareness of the IT profession, the potential within the profession, the need for continued professionalism and contribution to society.

On this day we are asking everyone to celebrate the contribution of IT professionals in using their talents and innovation to advance society for everyone’s benefit.

You are invited to celebrate IT Professionals’ Day with us…

ICS is proud to mark IT Professionals’ Day by hosting the 4th Annual IT Pro Day Seminar on Monday April 23rd at ICS HQ.  This year’s event comprises a series of talks concerning the impact, influence and needs of IT professionals, with a focus on ‘Women in Tech’, as well as the initiatives that help promote IT skills within Europe.  Speakers include:

André Richier, Principal Administrator, DG Grow, at the European Commission in Brussels.

Jutta Breyer, CEN e-CF 4.0 and ICT Professional Profiles Project Team Coordinator.

Dr.Marion Palmer, Higher Education Specialist and founding member of Women in Technology and Science (WITS).

The seminar will take place from 10am to 1.30pm and attendees can also enjoy a light lunch offered on the premises after the talks have concluded in the company of the speakers, your fellow IT Professionals, CIO’s and IT Leaders.
